The HUMAN Advantage: Developing Skills Technology Can’t Replace explores six unique human advantages that enhance success, offering a clear definition of modern "soft skills" and how to cultivate them in today's technologically advancing business environment.

This program defines “soft skills” vs. “hard skills” for new generations and the capacity to refine them as they enter the next chapters in their growth and ultimately the business world. This is a strong foundational presentation for students in grades 6-12, and those with a high level of technological capacity.

This course is also relevant to populations needing foundational workforce development, such as emerging leaders, new job seekers, or anyone reentering the workforce after an extended absence.

​This two-hour course presentation is designed for an in-classroom format, as there are multiple interactive activities that require student participation in groups and pairs.*

​​Investment for this course is $2500; however, rates can be negotiated when booked in multiple sessions within
schools/districts/associations. Maximum class size for this course is 30 students per course.
